INVESTIGATOR-INITIATED RESEARCH

Incyte supports significant independent research aimed at advancing the study of our products and compounds and/or related to disease areas of interest through its Investigator-initiated research (IIR) program. This program is open to physicians, researchers, and institutions interested in conducting external research.

If you have questions about investigator-initiated research or are interested in submitting a research proposal, please contact us at iir.incyte.com.

EXPANDED ACCESS PROGRAM

lncyte believes that conducting clinical trials to obtain the necessary approvals provides patients with the optimal mechanism for broad access to medicines. We recognize that some patients with serious or immediately life-threatening diseases may not be eligible for participation in a clinical trial, or may not have other options. Subject to appropriate internal review and approval based on the conditions in Incyte's Policy on Compassionate Use, Incyte in its sole discretion may choose to provide individual patients with access to an unapproved or investigational product outside of a clinical trial setting.

Requesting Incyte Expanded Access

If clinical trials are not an option, applying for expanded access may be something for treating physicians and patients to consider.

On behalf of the patient, a treating physician must make a formal request. This will enable collaboration directly with Incyte physicians to determine the next steps. Requesting access to an Incyte investigational medicine will only be considered if the patient's treating physician is committed to, and supportive of, the requested treatment.

Once Incyte has received the request and all of the required medical information, we will respond as soon as possible. If the request is approved by Incyte, the applicable Regulatory authority will need to grant final approval before Incyte can ship the investigational medicine to the requesting physician.
